Dr. Rudolph A. Moseley Jr.

Dr. Moseley is first a man who loves Jesus Christ and he is not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ because it is the power of God unto salvation. He is the husband of one wife Latoya Moseley and has been happily married for over 24 years and have six sons. Together they founded and pastor Bread of Life International Worship Center in East Providence Rhode Island with both a physical and a digital campus.


Dr. Moseley has been in ministry for nearly 30 years. As a pastor-teacher Dr. Moseley loves preaching and teaching the Word of God and watching the people of God grow in their knowledge of the Word. Dr. Moseley is also committed to helping couples and families develop strong and healthy relationships. Together with his wife they started Rebuilding the Wall Marriage Ministry for this purpose.

Dr. Moseley is the CEO of the Moseley Leadership Group International, an organization dedicated to helping people find significance and success through personal and professional leadership development.


Dr. Moseley has earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership and has served in districts and charter school circles for over 28 years. He continues to have a strong desire to educate others. He is the Founder of Equipped Educators International, an organization dedicated to helping educators serve at their highest capacity.


He is also the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit organization "The National Students Of Color STEM Initiative,"--an organization formed to promote STEM Education, Problem Solving, Global Leadership and Academic Achievement among Students Throughout the USA, The Caribbean, and Africa. Dr. Moseley is one of the most sought-after STEM speakers in America today. He is invited to speak nationwide at K-12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, and STEM conferences. Dr. Moseley has declared that his Life's Mission and that of The NSCSI organization is to "Create a Generation of Academic Achievers, Problem Solvers, Success Stories and Role Models in This Globally Competitive World.”

Pastor Latoya Moseley

Pastor Latoya Ann Moseley was born and raised in Providence Rhode Island. She is a twin and the second to youngest child of eleven children. She is a wife and a mother of six handsome little boys, Jaden, Jalen, Jace, Justus, Jahsi and the late Justin Matthew. Since their arrival they have brought such joy into her life. She finds motherhood to be one of the most rewarding jobs ever.


She is married to the love of her life Rev. Dr. Rudolph Moseley Jr. they have been happily married for over 25 years. They met in Bible College the summer of 1998. They are the founding Pastors of Bread of Life International Worship Center in Providence, Rhode Island. They opened the doors to the church in 2006.


Pastor Latoya has an associate's Degree in Elementary Education and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.


Pastor Latoya loves preaching and teaching the word of God it brings such joy to her life. She has a passion for working with women. Her heart desires to see women redeemed, restored, and released into all that God has ordained for their lives. The Lord has called her and put a word in her to speak life and healing to women of all ages. She founded both Women of Destiny and Young Women of Destiny ministries. She is also the founder of the Kathleen Walker House and the Sheri-Lynn House, a residential program for single women and children and a home for women fleeing domestic violence. Latoya has been preaching since her teens and looks forward to the many doors the Lord will open for her to continue ministering.
